10 Reasons Why Veteran Collectors Are Quietly Upgrading To Valun Cases This Year

Summary: We tested all storage setups, and all of them had at least 1 glaring issue. They weren't built for slabs, and if they were, the quality wasn't up to par. That was until we tested VALUN's 160 series slab case, which surprisingly checked all the boxes, for a very reasonable price. Valun also offered us a 60-Day return policy & lifetime warranty, which no other case brand offered.

1. One Case Compatible With All Grading Companies

🛡️One Case. Every Slab.

Your PSA fits but your BGS won't. Your CGC slides but your SGC gets stuck.

Most storage cases are built for one slab type — leaving you to either buy multiple cases or wedge slabs into compartments they don't belong in.

VALUN cases are engineered with wider, deeper rows that accommodate every major grading company: PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC, HGA, GMA, Toploaders, One-Touch Magnetic Card Holders, Card Savers, even loose cards. One case. Every card. No compromise.

The included foam dividers act like seatbelts, locking your collection in place no matter how you transport it.

2. Extra Large Capacity - Fitting Up To 160 Slabs

📦Capacity. Reimagined.

A VALUN case stores up to 160 slabs in a single case. That's 640 total slab capacity with the Buy 2 Get 2 FREE offer — enough to consolidate your entire collection into one organized system.

A set of 4 cases handles even the largest collections, with room to grow. No more compromise. No more running out of space.

3. Color-Code Your Collection With Unique Color Options

🎨 Collection & Style

Every storage case looks the same. Black plastic. Black foam. Zero personality. Try finding a specific slab in a stack of identical cases — good luck.

VALUN cases come in multiple premium colors so you can color-code your collection by sport, by player, by era, by whatever system makes sense to you. Find any slab in seconds, not minutes.

Best of all? With VALUN's Buy 2 Get 2 FREE deal, you pick all 4 colors yourself. Build a collection display that actually reflects who you are.

4. Prevent Kids & Pets From Getting Into Your Collection

🔒 Maximum Security

Ever had the thought: "What if my kids get into my collection? What if my pet gets into my case?

Most storage cases have zero security. Lid that opens easy, exposed slabs.

Every VALUN case includes custom-sourced, smooth-rolling combination locks built directly into the case. Set your code. Lock it down. Only you decide who accesses your collection.

5. Real Aluminum. Not Your Ordinary Cheap Plastic Box

🛡️ Real Aluminum. Not Plastic

Plastic cases crack. Plastic hinges snap. Plastic locks break. And the moment your case takes a fall, your slabs pay the price.

Owning a plastic case for graded cards is like wearing a paper helmet on a motorcycle — it'll work right up until it really matters.

VALUN cases use real industrial-grade aluminum for the frame. Stronger on impact. Tougher in transit. Sleeker in your collection room. Built to protect what's actually inside.

6. Foamprotek™ Premium Foam Created For Graded Slabs

🧪 Foam That Won't Quit

Most case foam is bottom-tier. It crumbles within months, off-gasses chemicals that damage slab finishes, and offers almost zero shock absorption.

Open one of those cases a year later and you'll find black flakes coating every slab.

VALUN uses Foamprotek™ — a proprietary, ultra-dense EVA foam blend custom-engineered for graded slabs. Soft enough to absorb impact. Firm enough to hold its shape for years. Zero chemical smell. Zero crumbling. Zero risk to your slabs.

7. Modular Organization With Included Dividers

🧩 Organize Your Way

A single case with one open compartment isn't storage — it's a slab graveyard.

Your cards bump into each other, edges get scuffed, and finding a specific slab means digging through the whole pile.

Every VALUN case includes 8 precision-cut foam dividers so you can build your perfect organization system.

Sort by sport, by year, by grade, by type — whatever works for your collection. Adjustable. Modular. Yours to control.

That's why every VALUN order is backed by a 60-day risk-free guarantee. Try the cases. Load them up with your collection. Test the foam, the locks, the build. If they're not the upgrade we promise, send them back for a refund — no questions asked.

We also commit to a quality product, and that's why we also offer a lifetime warranty. We have that much faith in each and every case we sell.
